I'm a sucker for yellows, what can I say?

I'm still not in love with the new Top Speed polish. It doesn't dry extremely fast. Honestly, I always found Revlon polishes to dry very slow so this is maybe sped up to what I find a normal polish dry time to be. I still need my handy Seche when I'm all done.

But that yellow- yum! It's a little creamy but still bright with some light shimmer mixed in. 3 coats, the formula was a little runny. Sorry about the mess, but this was a polish I topped with OPI Black Shatter so I didn't clean it up before hand.
