Essie Bright Tights

You know how hard I had to try to get this to capture? The above picture was one of a million that didn't wash out the color. It's almost impossible, it's just so neon. I thought it might help if I held something black. I couldn't spot anything though, so here I am holding a Redken Anti-Snap bottle ( <3>
And then the closest I could find to something black was my Kill Audio figure...
It helped, I think? Anyways, Essie Bright Tights...I used 3 coats here and was unhappy to find CHIPS WITHIN HOURS!?!? I think I may try it again using Orly Bonder as a base, I was using Seche Clear and I think it may have been at fault. But also, I have really crappy luck with Essie, does anyone else?

And Essie is a difficult polish to stay on your nails indeed...Something about the formula :(
wow, that's is really bright. i like bright colors on my nails. especially when i wear a simply outfit!
