SH Yellow Kitty + new hair rant

I have to take everything negative I said about this line back (well, except for the price- that is still horrible). This yellow was the best I've ever used. This is 2 coats of beautiful jelly like Yellow Kitty with the best application I've yet to have from a yellow (why are they always streaky?).

And my new hair- which I HATE.
This color began at navy blue-black. N'Rage called it Purple Plum and the color swatch at Sally's was more purple than this color in the pictures and this is after washing my hair 16 times using every trick I know short of buying color oops. I did a test for a few minutes to see how it would take but when left on the full amount of time (I've never had it make a big difference other than how long it lasts) it was so dark. Seriously, from bleaching my hair to go pink it is so damaged I don't want to do color remover or bleach the color out.
I have never cried about my hair before but I did. I killed my hair to get it so light and it was so much work and to have it be so dark again...I'm very frustrated. I think I'm going to take the bottle back to Sally's and see if I can exchange it but I doubt they will.

I LOVE YOUR HAIR. wow- that looks so cool. I hope you spend a few more days with it before you change it. I saved a pic becuase I want my hair this colour, but without bleaching it first.... and i will definitely be picking up that shade of n'rage @ Sally's next time I'm there.

OMG! I love your hair! Seriously, I do. When I was younger I used to dye my hair a lot but I never dared doing a color like yours (not that it would have been widely available 15 years ago...). You look gorgeous on the pictures, no wait, actually make that fabulous; your hair color perfectly compliments your skin tone and while not everybody could pull such a color, you definitely rock it!
Your hair color is fabulous as the others have said. Sally's has a great product called Hot Cream, it is a hot oil leave in. Love it. I have been using it for over a year. I use it right after coloring my hair and once a week. My hair is is such great shape. Try living with your hair color a few more days. It is very beautiful on you.

Honestly, your hair color isn't as bad as you make it! I know how you feel though going from dark to light, which is why i'm never going to pick out a dark color again. A year ago sally would have taken the product back if you weren't satisfied..but now they have gotten more strict. Regardless I would still try and go back and I would put your hair to the color it was suppose to turn as and show that it's completely different...Your hair was blonde, so it should have taken in the color nicely. Good luck and hope you feel better about your hair :)
Like everybody else, I think your hair looks awesome. I had purple and blonde hair for 3 years and I really miss it.

The polish is pretty but I think you look amazing. I understand that hair is such a personal thing and a zillion people could tell you it looks great but you still don't like it. Look at the bright side, it may not be what you want, but at least you can totally rock it. Frustrating I knowm but you will get it back to where you you want it to be. Sorry so long.
your hair color is awesome! I love it. I had royal blue hair once, I miss it sometimes.
i love your hair, it really does look great. enjoy something different for a bit, it'll come out, then try something else :) that's what's great about hair, nothing is ever really permanent.
Love your haircut and the color is divine. It's really such a shock to go from a light shade to a dark. The only thing is to just relax and condition the hell out of it. Don't do anything to take it back and really ruin your hair.
Yes The N Rage Purple is not purple! I have tried it on myself and my sister and we both ended up with the navy blue color. Far from the purple swatch shown!
