I picked up Maybelline Pie in the Sky on sale at Rite Aid, I had been eyeing the new collection for a while but was too cheap to pick them up for around $5. I finally did and ugh, I regret buying this polish. Don't get me wrong, the color is pretty. The application was the most horrendous thing I've ever dealt with. The brush is cheap and stiff, the polish went on thin and runny and streaky. I didn't think I would manage to get this anywhere near neat looking but it seems I managed. As for Express finish? LIES. I don't think I will ever touch this again. This is 3 coats if I remember. 3 pain in the butt coats. I will give it credit, it didn't chip in a day.

Shame, the color is so pretty. I'm wondering if it is close to Orly Snowcone maybe? I think this may be a touch too purple to be close to it though.


I got bored with it and added a glitter top coat.

I am impatiently awaiting the China Glaze Poolside collection to be released. I. Can't. Wait.
