Nivea Soft moisturizing creme
I've looked at Nivea Soft before but really, I have a ton of lotion that I haven't used. But when I spotted mini ones at CVS for $1 I couldn't resist trying.
If you've used Nivea cream you know that is really thick and moisturizing, which I love for winter. As for Nivea Soft it is a great summer moisturizer, it's very light weight and absorbs quickly but doesn't have that "watery" feel to it like 95% of moisturizers, which I hate. The smell is similar to other Nivea products, nothing I love but nothing offensive and hard to describe. The fact that it absorbs quickly makes it a perfect grab-and-go hand cream in my opinion and since purchase has been in my purse. Nice to avoid that greasy hand feeling a lot of moisturizers give!

Color Club Object of...trickery?
Alright, I feel tricked. This is a swatch of Color Club Object of Envy. So, how come my bottle is 9,000 times less opaque than anyone elses?
This is FIVE coats. FIVE. FREAKING. COATS.
After the 3rd coat I realized this was a joke, this was never going to be the gorgeous opaque green glitter I'd seen on so many other blogs. After I did this swatch I googled, yes, I ordered the right polish I was thinking of. But no one else has a swatch that looks like mine. Now I would claim bad bottle but this isn't the first time I've gotten a bottle of CC from Transdesign that looks completely different from every other swatch (I'm looking at you Rebel Débutante). So I would really like to know WTH is going on, is it an issue with consistency from Color Club or something fishy going on with Transdesign?
Has anyone else had similar problems?

Shiro cosmetics swatches and quick review
I recently made a purchase from Shiro Cosmetics. On Etsy I purchased 10 samples for $10 including shipping and I received an email later that night telling me it would be shipped out the next morning. I got them 2 days after so I was really happy with the shipping!
All my samples were in a cute little red bag with an attached card with a little thank you on it, she also included some business cards and 2 free samples in another baggie inside. Very cute packaging!

The samples themselves are in little baggies with their own sticker on them. Each sticker has color name, ingredients and whether it is lip safe or not. The samples are all 1/4th teaspoon which is a decent size, especially for the price of her samples.

Fun fact: my husband and I both play Pokemon all the time together. It's one of our geeky couple things and we freaking love it. The main reason I ordered these was so I could nerd out and show my husband these. Water Pokemon are my favorite ^_^ /fun fact.
These are nice and pigmented and a lot of the colors are creative. If you know what their namesake pokemon look like these actually really remind me of them. Such as Pikachu is yellow with red glitter- very fun colors!
In the below swatches from left to right:
Articuno-Pale, powdery silver-blue with plenty of shimmer and sparkle.
Rapidash-Ultra-pale creamy tangerine, loaded with red eye-safe glitter.
Spiritomb-Medium purple with bold green shimmer and eye-safe lime glitter (if you order you MUST get this- very original!)
Poliwrath-Deep, opaque, sparkly navy blue with a bit of an orange shimmer.
Steelix-Dark gray-green with a lighter green shimmer (gorgeous!)
Bulbasaur-Bright, opaque, shimmering grassy green with a hint of a gold undertone (great true shimmery green)
Sudowoodo- Perplexing earthy green-brown with subtle copper shimmer.
Vileplume- Gray-tinged magenta with green shimmer.
Wobbuffet-Opaque, medium-toned sky blue with the barest hint of pink shimmer.
Pikachu-Vivid, opaque, shimmering yellow with eye-safe red glitter sparks. (Very fun!)
Weepinbell-Shimmery chartreuse with subtle green sparkles. (While this color is beautiful, it isn't the most original)
Gengar-Dark purple-black with red eye-safe glitter (this was a free sample and I'm glad because this is lovely)

Color Club Chelsea Girl
4 coats of Color Club Chelsea Girl. Had a little bit of streakiness with this but it straightened out with the 4th coat. This is a very pretty navy-neon-blue jelly. Ignore my stupid thumb nail :(

Revlon Super Lustrous in Fuchsia Fusion
Tonight I have a swatch for you of Revlon Super Lustrous lipstick in Fuchsia Fusion. As far as drugstore lipsticks go Revlon seems to be my personal favorite. They have the best color selection, wear well and generally are all around pleasing. I have quite a few of these I will be sharing with you over the next few weeks so I hope you enjoy!
Fuchsia Fusion is a pearl finish hot pink that leans towards red.
And because I thought they may be a close match here it is compared to MAC Girl About Town...totally not the same but maybe cousins? The finish is the same just one is red-pink and one is pink-pink.
Petites Midnight Frost
3 coats of Petites Midnight Frost. This is black with a buttload of silver glitter- love it! Similar to Orly Goth but with heavier glitter and a fraction of the price. Brush is a little bit crappy but for $2 I can't really complain!

OPI Catch me in your net

I'm sure we've seen a million swatches of this one by now but it is too pretty to not post. This is 3 coats of OPI Catch Me in Your Net. I would like it to be a little more opaque but we can't have everything now can we? ;) Application on this was pretty decent, no troubles at all (and I usually do with OPI).
